Through our consultation request form we collect your name, email, telephone, country or state, preferred contact channel, procedure of interest, preferred travel month, language preference and any general question you choose to share.
We ask that you do not submit health history, diagnoses, medications, medical records or passport details through this website.

To respond to your inquiry and coordinate the services you request.
4. Sharing
With your consent, we may share information with independent providers, travel and accommodation partners as needed to coordinate your journey.
5. Retention and security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your information, including ARCO rights under Mexican law.
