All three experiences include the same categories of services, the same accommodation category and the same concierge standard. The only difference is the total length of stay and the flexibility to allocate additional hotel nights before or after surgery.

At Vita Privé, transparency is part of your experience. Each bariatric package has a fixed price for the services expressly included in your agreement. From the selected medical procedure and planned hospital stay to your accommodation and concierge coordination, you know what is included before your journey begins.

Every Vita Privé Experience Includes

  • 01Medical and surgical professional fees for the selected procedure.
  • 02Two planned nights of hospitalization at Hospital Joya Cancún.
  • 03Coordination of preoperative medical evaluations and testing included in the agreed package.
  • 04Coordination of postoperative medical appointments.
  • 05Hotel accommodation in the same accommodation category for the patient and one companion, sharing a room.
  • 06Coordinated private ground transportation as specified in the package itinerary.
  • 07Dedicated medical travel concierge coordination.
  • 08Coordination of the included nutritional support and postoperative follow-up program.

The length of hotel accommodation varies by package. The category and service standard do not.

  • Essential follows a fixed seven-night itinerary.
  • Signature includes three additional hotel nights beyond Essential.
  • Privé includes seven additional hotel nights beyond Essential.
  • Signature and Privé guests may allocate additional hotel nights before or after surgery.
  • A minimum of two preoperative hotel nights and three postoperative hotel nights is always preserved.

The surgical schedule, hospital discharge, postoperative evaluations, drain management when applicable, and clearance to travel are determined exclusively by the treating medical team.

Important Package Information

Package prices do not include:

  • Flights to or from Cancún.
  • Personal expenses and services not expressly included.
  • Additional hotel nights or itinerary changes outside the selected package.
  • Medical complications, additional procedures, extended hospitalization, or additional treatment outside the agreed package scope.

Your fixed package price covers the services expressly included in your agreement. Flights, personal expenses, medical complications, additional treatment, and services outside the contracted package are not included and may result in additional charges. Medical decisions and travel clearance remain the responsibility of the treating medical team.

Payment Structure

Two Separate Payments — 50% / 50%

Unless otherwise specified in your individual service agreement, the total package price is divided into two separate payments:

  • 50% payable directly to Vita Privé, covering the services and arrangements specifically identified in your individual service agreement.
  • 50% payable directly to the designated medical provider, under the payment terms and medical services agreement established with that provider.
  • Before making any payment, you will receive a written breakdown identifying the payment recipients, applicable services, payment deadlines, and cancellation conditions.
  • Refund eligibility, cancellations, and rescheduling conditions are disclosed before payment and are not determined solely by the identity of the payment recipient.

Vita Privé does not perform surgical procedures, provide medical diagnoses, or determine medical eligibility. Clinical decisions and medical services are the responsibility of the appropriately licensed healthcare professionals and facilities involved.
